On WinNT unzip the Builder and Courier files with Winzip, which can be obtained here or with PKzip from PKware. On Unix systems 'unzip' from the Info-Zip group, PKzip, or similar tools will extract the files. The TargSys component for WinNT, one of the components within the zip file, is a self-extracting executeable and requires no additional tools on Windows target systems.
